I am aware that my art may bring in people that I do not want to associate with, so to discourage certain people from using my art or interacting with me, I have a DNI list. If I find any that fall under this criteria, they will be blocked.DO NOT interact if you are:

-By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms listed on this page.
-I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason as well as cancel and refund a mission if innapropriate behavior or my TOS is breached.
-Communication for commission may take place in Ko-fi, Discord, or Toyhouse.
-All prices are listed in USD
-Payment is accepted ONLY via Ko-fi or PayPal.
-I require full payment upfront before starting the piece.
-Prices are non-negotiable once agreed upon.
-Full refunds are allowed if the sketch of a piece has not been sent OR if I cannot complete a commission for any reason.
-After reading the details of the commission, I will send a sketch to be approved by the client. Once approved, I will not accept major revisions to the art piece; however, small changes are fine.-I will give updates in the process of the art piece in sketch, outline, color, and shading.-Art may be provided via dm or email.
-Commissions are typically finished within a week; however, certain pieces, such as customs and reference sheets, may take longer.
-I will not rush my commissions for additional fees, nor do specific turnaround times.
-You will be updated if there are any delays, as I am a college student and may have sudden schedule changes.
-You may ask for the status of the commission piece.
-My timezone is CDT ,and I am often busy Mon-Thur between 8 am to 5 pm.
-All of my art used must be credited to me or my social media.
-Never claim my art as your own.
-Do use use my art for AI or NFT.
-All custom designs of mine are allowed to be redesigned.
-Do not resell my designs for more than sold for unless they have added value through additional artwork.
